Meridian Stretching

Meridians are living energy lines that run throughout the body. They are worked with in Shiatsu and Acupuncture. They connect to internal organs and functions of the body. They also relate to emotions and mental states. By stretching, breathing and moving the body with awareness, energy can be stimulated or released, in the Meridian so enhancing relaxation, flexibility and wellbeing.

Meridian Stretching can be a complete self-healing system.

You can learn the basic meridian exercises or specific exercises for your needs or to support your health condition.
