From an early age I had an interest in Nature and Spirituality. This initially led me to study Agriculture where I discovered Bio-dynamic Agriculture and the works of Rudolf Steiner. I have worked as a Bio-dynamic farmer and gardener in several therapeutic and educational settings. I made an in depth study of Anthroposophy, studying at Emerson College, Sussex and a Waldorf teacher training in Wales and was a teacher in several Steiner Schools.

When I was 20 years old I met meditation master, John Garrie, Roshi. Training for over 14 years in the study of Zen and Mindfulness.

I became aware of my natural healing ability from a young age and with John Garrie Roshi’s encouragement I began the study of Shiatsu and Healing-Shiatsu with Sonia Moriceau. Sonia founded the first professional Shiatsu training school in the UK. I graduated in the 1993.I have a three year Diploma in Healing-Shiatsu. I continued working with Sonia over many years, attending many post-graduate, healing and meditation workshops.

I am a registered member of the British Shiatsu Society.

I have been a Practitioner of Healing-Shiatsu for over 30 years. I have a wealth of experience and success in supporting people in achieving a full recovery with all types of physical, mental and emotional conditions. I have worked with the NHS and with retreat centres.

I have studied, for over 20 years in Tai-Ji with Master Chung Liang al Huang, author of the classic, “Embrace Tiger, Return to Mountain” attending seminars throughout America and Europe. I am a recognised teacher of Tai-Ji with the Living-Tao Fellowship.

I studied Tantra Buddhism with Namgyal Rinposhe attending retreats in Canada and England.

I have a deep interest in healing and enhancing the etheric or life force in all my work.

I am at present a student on the New Biology Curriculum with Dr Tom Cowan. A holistic and science based approach to medicine, which enhances and compliments my work as a healer. This emphasises each persons individual story and their own direct experience rather than a diagnosis.

I live on the edge of the Brecon Beacons with my wife, two children and Barley our cat. I help care for a retreat centre and grow vegetables.
